40 YEAR BUILDING RE-CERTIFICATION
Many municipalities now require buildings that are 40 years old to be re-certified by the city/county. This requires inspection by a qualified and reputable firm and must be repeated every 10 years.
The 40 year building re-certification inspection involves detailed inspections of the structural, electrical and roofing systems.

Our roof system inspection also includes all roof drainage and roof-top structures. Our detailed report provides photos, a list of recommendations for repairs, and is signed and sealed by a State of Florida Professional Engineer.
