40 YEAR BUILDING RECERTIFICATION (WIND ONLY)
Many municipalities now require buildings that are 40 years old to be recertified by the city/county. This requires inspection by a qualified and reputable firm and must be repeated every 10 years. The 40-year building recertification inspection involves detailed inspections of the structural, electrical, and roofing systems.
Our roof system inspection also includes all roof drainage and rooftop structures. Our detailed report provides photos, a list of recommendations for repairs and is signed and sealed by a State of Florida Professional Engineer.
